Day 7 of Veganuary and this week I’m using the easy plan from this book. Each recipe has been super easy to make and delicious! Loaded sweet potato, Nachos and the soups have been my fav’s. There are plenty of recipes to choose from and the shopping lists are helpful. I have done Veganuary before but I have to say that with these recipes it has been so much easier to stick to this year, I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything and so much healthier than buying processed meat substitutes. My husband and son are not participating in Veganuary but I’ve given them some of the recipes and had only compliments from them. This book is a gem.
This book is amazing! Not only provides detailed recipes and colourful photos of the meals, it also provides a shopping list and daily meal plans so you don’t have to think about anything! What I also realised with this book that ingredients all are fresh easy to find, easy and quick to prepare. Great value for money! Whether you are new to vegan food or already eat plant based, the recipes in this book are suitable for any level and so tasty! I love the useful meal plans, shopping lists and that all the recipes have symbols about suitability for freezing, batch cooking etc. This is a real hands-on everyday cookbook and guide with mouthwatering recipes and beautiful photos. I can highly recommend it.
